Returns and Refunds
You can return unworn items bought through our online shop within 30 days of your order dispatch date.

We offer refunds, store credit and exchanges.
You can also exchange for another product and pay or be refunded the difference.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please allow 2-3 working days for the parcel to be returned to us (if domestic) and a further 6-7 working days for us to process your return.
If it is a peak time, the small warehouse we work with can take longer to process returns but work as quickly as they can.
If it is an exchange, we can only send out the new item, once we have processed the returned item.
You will get a notification once your refund has been processed or the exchange is sent out.
As soon as you complete an exchange request in our returns portal, we will lock the product you want so it will definitely be held while you send back the return.
It will only be held for a few weeks if we don't receive the return.
As a small brand, we can't currently cover the return shipping costs. In the returns portal you can choose your own courier otherwise we take the following fees:

If you have purchased an item at a discount or in a sale and the promotion is over fear not. You can still exchange it and won't be charged any extra.
Charity products are non-refundable unless they have a defect.
You just need your order number and the email used to place the order. Then click on the Returns Portal link above.
Items need to be unused and unworn with their original tags and packaging.
Order numbers can be found in your order confirmation email.
