CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you're lucky. We work with a great warehouse that packs up orders at a rapid pace.

Normally we can't change an order once it has been placed but send us an email and we will see what we can do.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship to most countries via UPS. The price will depend on where you are and the UPS cost.

International orders over £200 will receive free shipping.

DO YOU OFFER FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, for any order over £200.

WHAT ABOUT IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?

At checkout, once you have entered your shipping address, if it is international then we will automatically add in any import duties and taxes (and remove UK VAT). If we get these wrong, we will then cover any additional fees ourselves.

Please note the removal of UK VAT may lower your cart total below any free shipping threshold.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We can only deliver to one address per order. If you would like deliveries to multiple addresses, please place an individual order for each destination.

CAN THE SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES BE DIFFERENT?

They sure can.

ARE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF TAX?

They sure are. VAT is on UK orders but not international ones.

Import duties and taxes will be added at checkout for international orders and UK VAT will be removed.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?

Each of our products has a care label tucked away on it but if you cannot find it then feel free to contact us.

If your product is damaged or in need of repair, contact us and we will do our best to help.

WHAT ARE YOUR COMPETITION TERMS?

To enter any Instagram giveaways run through our @feragb account, you must follow the guidelines on the specific Instagram post for each competition.

We do not offer refunds on competition products but can offer exchanges for different sizing.

Fera reserves the right to choose the winner and change winner if shipping is not suitable to the first winner.
