Can the shipping and billing addresses be different?

They sure can.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

We can only deliver to one address per order. If you would like deliveries to multiple addresses, please place an individual order for each destination.

Can I modify my order before it ships?

Sadly not. We work with a great warehouse that packs up orders at a rapid pace.

UK Shipping

How do you ship domestically?

For UK orders we offer:

Next Day (DHL): £8.75, 1-2 days (normally next working day if ordered pre 2pm.)
Royal Mail 24: £5.50, available on orders up to £60.

DHL have warned us that during peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas, our next working day service can take an extra day.

Do you offer free domestic shipping?

We offer free next (working) day shipping on orders £160 or more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes, we do with the following rates depending on order total:

Up to $150 - $30 Shipping
$150 to $200 - $15 Shipping
Over $200 - Free Shipping

Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout and there are no duties on orders under $800.

Please expect shipping to take between 2 and 7 working days.

Do you ship to the rest of the world?

We ship to most countries via UPS.

The price will depend on where you are and the UPS cost. This will be calculated at checkout along with any duties and taxes.

Do you offer free international shipping?

International orders £200 or more will receive free shipping.

USA orders $200 or more will receive free shipping.

What about international taxes & duties?

At checkout, once you have entered your shipping address, if it is international then we will automatically add in any import duties and taxes (and remove UK VAT). If we get these wrong somehow, we will then cover any additional fees ourselves.

Please note the removal of UK VAT may lower your cart total below any free shipping threshold.
