Once an order is placed we cannot modify its contents or the address. However if you are shipping with DHL, you can change the address with them when they send you the shipping notification.

If a product is out of stock, enter your email on the product page. If you do, you'll be the first to know about a restock or any that come in from returns.

Amazon we are not. Please be patience with us while we process returns.

Please allow 2-3 working days for the parcel to be returned to us (if domestic) and a further 6-7 working days for us to process your return.

If it is a peak time, the small warehouse we work with can take longer to process returns but work as quickly as they can.

If it is an exchange, we can only send out the new item, once we have processed the returned item.

You will get a notification when refunded or the new item is shipped.

Next Day (DHL): £8.75, if ordered pre 2pm.
Royal Mail 24: £5.50, available on orders up to £60.

DHL have warned us that during peak times, their next working day service can take an extra day.

USA
We ship via USA with the following rates:

Up to $150 - $30 Shipping
$150 to $199 - $15 Shipping
$200+ - Free Shipping

Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout and there are no duties on orders under $800. 

Please expect shipping to take between 2 and 7 working days. 

International
We ship internationally with UPS to as many countries as we can. The rate depends on your shipping country but will be updated at checkout.

International duties for your shipping country will also be automatically added at checkout and VAT will be removed.

Please expect shipping to take between 2 and 7 working days. 

UK: Spend £160 and get free shipping.

USA: Spend $200 and get free shipping.

Rest of the world: Spend £200 and get free international shipping.

At checkout, once you have entered your shipping address, if it is international then we will automatically add in any import duties and taxes (and remove UK VAT).

We do this so you are not stung later but it can make the shipping look expensive.

If we somehow get these wrong, we will then cover any additional fees ourselves.
