Shipping policy
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
Our team work hard to ensure any orders are processed quickly but as a small business, who live in the outdoors, we cannot always promise fast delivery like the big companies out there. Please be patient with us, it will be worth it when you get your products.
US Orders
We ship to the USA via UPS. Taxes and duties are added at checkout. Our US shipping rates are based on cart size, please see the rates below:

Up to $150 - $30 Shipping
$150 to $200 - $15 Shipping
Over $200 - Free Shipping

Rest of the World Orders
Once you have added your address at checkout any international orders will have UK VAT removed from the total cost. Any local taxes or duties will then be added to the shipping cost. International Shipping is via UPS except for New Zealand and Australia which is via DHL. You will receive tracking numbers to your email when the order is fulfilled.
