Black Friday User Manual

What is Black Friday? 
We don't know. It just rocks up once a year, takes over and leaves without as much as a peck on the cheek. 

When does the Fera Black Friday Sale start? 
Hold on to your seats with this one. Our Black Friday is not just Friday. It runs from the Monday 25th November until Monday 2nd December.

How does it work?
We put everything in the Fera Collection on sale for your pleasure.

How fast do the items ship?
Amazon we are not so bear with us on this one. We have been warned by DHL that our next day delivery option might take more time than normal but should be with you in two days max (if ordered before 2pm). Spend over £160 and get free shipping on us.

Can I return items bought in the sale?
You sure can and fear not Christmas shoppers, we have extended the returns window for November and December orders until the 14th January. But do us a post-Christmas solid and don't return it. We want to watch Chicken Run instead.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We work with a warehouse that is fiendishly efficient. As soon as you place your order, they start picking it and packing it. Like with Fera orders any time of the year, we can't change an order once it has been placed. We have an automated exchange portal if you get the wrong size.

Can I use my discount code?
Negative, ghost rider. No discount codes will work during Black Friday.

Why do you do Black Friday?
If you've got this far, congratulations. Black Friday can be a cruel mistress for a small brand like us (we are still a two-man team). It is hard to compete, we can't do the big 50% or 70% price slash you see elsewhere but we can manage 30%. And we do this to give everyone a chance to get some Fera pieces and it keeps the wolves from our door.
