For our Trout Bum Collection, we headed down to the River Wandle. Its source rises from a spring near a Tesco in South Croydon and runs into the Thames. In the Victorian times, there were 90 mills on the river but by the 1960s, it was officially declared a sewer. Thanks to tireless work, today there are brown trout, chub, roach and perch living in it again.
