Returns & refunds
Something wrong with your order? You can return any unworn items bought through our online shop within 30 days of your order date for either an exchange or refund. Please ensure you have the original packaging, tags and proof of purchase.
Head to our Contact page to begin this process of if you have any questions.
Once we have received the returned item and inspected it, we will let you know if the return has been approved and will refund the amount to your original payment method.
Please note, sale items are non-refundable unless they have a defect.
Charity products are also non-refundable.

What is the Wild?
The wild is where we truly find real escape, a sense of freedom from the everyday, a feeling of adventure, of connection to ourselves, to others, and to the untamed natural world. In this sense, the wild is about more than just a place; the wild is a state of mind.
We encourage you to seek your own wild, this will mean something different to everyone. For some, finding a hidden, unexpected slice of wilderness near home will feed their passion, while for others only trips to the most remote areas of the globe will end their search. Both these quests, and the thousands of journeys of discovery in-between them, deserve to be celebrated.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries via UPS express. The price will depend on where you are and the UPS cost. Please be aware before you purchase that each country will have different duties and taxes to pay.
As a small brand we are unable to build this into our checkout process at this time. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse any orders that are rejected due to refusal to pay duties and taxes.

Can you Deliver to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver to one address per order. If you would like deliveries to multiple addresses, please place an individual order for each destination.
Can the billing and shipping address be different?
They sure can, but just please make sure they are both in the same country.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Our prices are inclusive of 20% VAT.
How do I care for my product?
Each of our products has a care label tucked away on it but if you cannot find it then feel free to contact us.
If your product is damaged or in need of repair, contact us and we will do our best to help.

To enter any Instagram giveaways run through our @feragb account, you must follow the guidelines on the specific Instagram post for each competition.
We do not offer refunds on competition products but can offer exchanges for different sizing.
Fera reserves the right to choose the winner and change winner if shipping is not suitable to the first winner.
